Approx. 5m × 3m clear floor area for the bay, plus room for guests to watch comfortably.
Ceiling height
2.7m (9ft) minimum recommended for a full swing. Lower ceilings may still work — tell us your measurements.

Standard 13A socket nearby. Indoor setups are preferred; outdoor hire may be possible with cover — ask us.

Closest-to-the-pin challenge
Guests take multiple shots at a famous course hole. Scores update throughout the event — ideal for fundraisers, exhibitions and branded competitions. We manage the queue and keep play moving.
Wedding & party entertainment
A relaxed, social setup where guests dip in throughout the day or evening. No golf experience needed — our team helps everyone get started and keeps the atmosphere light and fun.

Frequently Asked Questions
How much space is required?
We typically need around 5m × 3m of clear floor space for the bay, plus room for guests to gather. We’re happy to assess your venue before you book.
Can it be used outdoors?
Indoor hire is preferred for the best experience. Outdoor setups may be possible with suitable cover and a flat surface — contact us to discuss your venue.
How long does setup take?
Usually under an hour from arrival to first shot, depending on venue access and layout. We recommend allowing a little extra time before guests arrive.
Do guests need golf experience?
Not at all. We welcome complete beginners and experienced players. Our team helps everyone get started and keeps the format fun for all abilities.
Is power required?
Yes — a standard 13A mains socket within reach of the setup area. Extension leads can be used where safe and appropriate.
How many people can play per hour?
It depends on the format, but as a guide roughly 8–12 players per hour for closest-to-the-pin. We’ll recommend a format based on your guest numbers and event length.
What if the venue has low ceilings?
We recommend at least 2.7m (9ft). Lower ceilings may still work with adjusted swing length or shorter clubs — send us your ceiling height and we’ll advise honestly.
